Our whole group loved this house. The separate space downstairs never made it feel crowded. The very open concept living rooms and kitchen were the perfect spots to socialize as a group of 10. Ted was very kind every time we spoke, and he went above and beyond our expectations . We would absolutely stay here again.

Seven adults stayed very comfortably at Ted and Ann Marie's place. Bozeman was extremely cold and snowy while we were there and we were always comfortable in the house. The kitchen is nice to cook in and we had most of our meals at 'home.' We were happy to see that there was a large, easy-to-use coffeemaker :) If I was traveling to Bozeman with a group again I would definitely try to book Ted and Ann Marie's place again.

Ted and Ann Marie were amazing hosts and were able to accommodate us at a moments notice! The house is beautifully decorated and it felt just like home. Everything super clean. Will most certainly return, especially with this awesome location - 10min drive to Main Street city center where all life is happening!

Had a great stay. The location is great, very close to MSU as I was there visiting my college kid. Super clean and modern, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

The keypad was easy to use when entering the house. It was so nice to be greeted with a card, caramels and bottle of wine. The house is spacious and clean. The view from the dining room table was beautiful and the backyard is huge. We were happy to have a washer and dryer there. The coffee maker and toaster were used on a daily basis. We utilized the Traeger grill to make some delicious tasting steaks. The beds were comfortable. The house is nicely decorated, and the furniture is sturdy. It was priceless having the family all together under one roof.

This Airbnb absolutely exceeds cleanliness and customer service expectations by a mile. The rooms are spacious; plenty of area for activities, and the backyard is the cherry on top!! The unit is definitely a small drive into town (as stated) so a rental car or uber is necessary to get to restaurants etc. if that is what you want to do. Backyard hangouts, spotless kitchen, and beautiful dining room make it an awesome time to relax unwind and hangout with family and friends! Random recommendation but Hop Lounge is a 2 minute drive - would highly suggest it for drinks and an awesome vibe.

Loved this place, really comfortable, very quiet and very private. One thing to note, especially on a parent's weekend at MSU, being able to get up casually and go into Four Corners for a nice breakfast definitely beats trying to fight the weekend crowds in Bozeman. Would highly recommend.

A lovely spot in a new neighborhood in Bozeman. The back garden opened on the park for runs and dog walking and the place was spotless and well-maintained. Hosts Ted and Ann Marie were always responsive and helpful.
